I’m Heather, a certified trauma recovery coach, Ayurvedic wellness student, and published author. But before all that, I was a survivor—of childhood and narcissistic abuse, high-functioning anxiety, and burnout from the endless chase of perfection, productivity, and people-pleasing.
All of that took a toll on my nervous system. I lived in a constant state of tension, self-doubt, and hyper-independence… until it caught up with me and I was forced to face what was beneath it all.
That was the beginning of my healing.
Through trauma-informed nervous system work, somatic practices, and holistic tools rooted in both science and ancient wisdom, I discovered how to live from a place of peace, clarity, and self-trust. I learned how to set boundaries, regulate my emotions, and stop living from old wounds.
Now, I guide others to do the same.
